 When the non-profit organization I work for, Building Blocks Ministries, Inc., informed me that they wanted a new Website we started researching how to go about it.  A short time ago, friends of ours encouraged us to visit Vision Resources Network. Trusting my friends’ judgment, I sent my membership dues. I immediately received an acknowledgment email. The following afternoon I got a phone call from a very nice gentleman named Warren Drake. In a matter of days, I had a beautiful Website up and running under my total control. I was delirious with excitement.Previously, I had the typical experience of being dependent on a Web designer to build my first Site. Then came the tedious waiting for even minor Website changes. Thanks to Warren, those days are gone. His training videos, combined with his personal tutoring, more than matched the membership fee I initially paid. Now I make changes anytime I want. Pastor Drake is always available for input when I am not sure what to do. Through his expertise I am an unofficial Web designer. More importantly, I am “my” Web designer. My waiting time nowadays is limited to how long it takes my laptop to boot up. Of course I can go into my site from any computer, anytime, anywhere and make changes. Be advised-I am not a computer techie, but, with the programs Warren provides, I am learning how it all works. There is a learning curve, so-to-speak, but it is a gentle curve, easy to navigate. Even before the conception of Vision Resources Network, Warren Drake has been a great help in technical areas that I lack in. But since I have changed hosting companies to Vision Resources Network I have been thrilled with the results. Never have I seen a site that not only host websites so considerably less than others, but also one that offers so many technical possibilities. I would have never dreamed of finding all the possibilities I have found since becoming a member of this company. Where to begin is almost as overwhelming as the possibilities.  Not too long ago I was introduced to a concept that I believe will become an invaluable resource to ministers and the ministry for decades to come. Vision Resource Network, a ministry and the vision of Dr. Warren Drake, is designed to assist and equip us with the technological aspects of the ever increasing demand and understanding of technology. Dr. Drakes capability to design web sites, explain program set-ups, and facilitate knowledge has more than made him qualified in a field that renews itself daily.
